Service Description

ATTN: Min participants of 2 people for class dates to be locked in. Otherwise you'll get a full refund or rolled over to the next available class date. "Dumpster Fire" an example of a popular designer toy we've produced for www.100soft.com. Learn how to make your very own resin toy from scratch. This class is fast paced but is beginners - intermediate, so some experience with sculpting, mold making, and painting will help, but not required. After this you'll be able to make anything from resin toys, to decors, and even small trinkets & jewelries. Our class is fast paced but fun and with lots of energy! It's really fun to see everyone's designs come to life! By the end of the 3rd day you' have a painted resin toy to take home and show off to the world! This class will help pave the way for you to start making and selling your own resin toys and to help secure your future as an artist. We started working in the game industry for over 13 years, now we have our own company, so if we can do it, so can anyone with the determination to be free and work for yourself! Fri - Sun, 8 hours/day = 24 hours total - 11am - 7pm each day / 30 mins Lunch & Dinner Breaks - All materials provided - Sculpture made with Super Sculpey - Split sculpture into moldable parts - 3 - 4 pieces Max - Make Keys, male and females so parts can be put back together properly. - Bake Polymer Clay at the best temperature (not the temp indicated on the box). - Prep Parts for mold making - Sanding, carving, then sand again! - Make mold boxes - Pour block molds and 2 part molds - 2 different ways to mold! - Cut out Block mold and separate 2 part molds - Prep molds for casting - Make resin casts of your parts - Fix seam lines, sand, glue part together, and prime - Hand paint & clear coat.
